Cut when you order
Nothing is made in advance and nothing sits in a warehouse. When you order, your piece is cut from the bolt in your size — XS to 4XL — or, with Premium, to your own bust, waist, hip and length.
It is sewn, checked seam by seam, packed and sent: about three to five days in the workroom, then on its way. Not sure of your size? The size guide gives the centimetres for each.

Watch it being made
Every order moves through the same stages, and you can follow each one from your account: paid, cutting, sewing, quality check, packaging, on its way, delivered.

Change your mind before the scissors do
Until cutting starts you can cancel from your orders page for a full refund. Once the cloth is cut, the piece is being made for you alone — read returns and repairs for what happens after.

Why we work this way
Making to order is the biggest saving there is: no unsold stock, no end-of-season pile, no fabric bought for clothes nobody wanted. What is left over is the offcuts — and those have a future too.
