How does sizing work if everything is made to order?

Every piece comes in eight sizes, XS through 4XL, and the size guide gives the bust, waist and hip range each one covers in centimetres. Pick the one you are in — the stylist and your assistant can recommend one from your measurements. On Premium there is no size at all: you give your own bust, waist, hip and length, and the piece is cut to those exactly. Your measurements stay on your account, encrypted, so the second thing you order fits like the first.

How long until my order arrives?

Your piece does not exist until you order it: it is cut, sewn and checked in the workroom first. From ordering, delivery is seven to nine days within Nigeria and Ghana, and about two weeks to the rest of Africa and the world. Delivery is one flat rate per zone, shown before you pay, and you can follow every stage from your account — cutting, sewing, quality check, packaging and on its way.

Can I cancel, or return something?

Until cutting starts you can cancel from your orders page for a full refund. Once your cloth is cut, the piece is being made for you alone, so there are no returns for a change of mind — check the size guide before you order. If it arrives with a fault — not made to the size you ordered, a seam that gives way, a flaw in the making — write to us within fourteen days of delivery and we will repair or remake it, and if we cannot, refund you.

Which currency do I pay in?

Naira if your account is in Nigeria, cedis in Ghana, and US dollars everywhere else. Each piece has a real price in all three, set by us — not converted on the day. Outside those countries we also show a rough figure in your own currency beside the dollar price, labelled as an estimate; you are charged in dollars.

I am under 16. Can I buy something?

You can make an account, save pieces, use the stylist and play the outfit game straight away. To order, a parent or guardian confirms by email first, and at checkout it is your parent or guardian who fills in the delivery address. No street address is ever kept on your account itself.

Can ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Olympia shop for me?

They can connect to your account — by signing in with your Cozzette email, or with a key from your settings — and do only what you allow: see your orders, search the shop, build your bag, even start an order. Paying always happens on the Paystack or Stripe page, opened by you, and an assistant can never place an order for an under-16 account.

What happens to a donation?

It goes into fabric and thread for girls who cannot afford a piece, and nothing else. Every donation is recorded with what it was spent on, and we will tell you which piece yours became if you ask.

Where are my card details stored?

Nowhere on Cozzette. Card fields are rendered by Paystack or Stripe inside their own frame, so the number never touches our page or our servers. We only ever see that a payment succeeded and the last four digits.
